My wonderfully talented friend and musician, Laura Saggers, invited me and two other ladies to a holiday a cappella group! We call ourselves "The Jinglebelles," and we recently recorded a cover called Winter Song that is available on iTunes! It is a hauntingly beautiful song written by Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michelson. Our version is a little peppier, but I think we definitely captured the motifs of the song. I love to sing solo, but there is something so special about creating four-part harmonies with beautiful voices! We gave our debut performance at Areal Restaurant in Santa Monica and had the best time! Nothing says Christmas is coming like singing carols! A few weeks later we found out our song made it to #8 on the itop holiday chart!!! So grateful the song was so well received!
